Chickpea Curry Soup!

Hello, everyone!

You might remember that I participated in Audrey's soup week last year. Well, she invited me to participate again this year, and of course, I couldn't refuse! Because soup. And Audrey. Two of my favorite things.


I saw that one of her guest posters had done a humorous post. And, being the silly person I am, knew that I had to do one, too. So I wrote up the recipe for one of my favorite soups -- one that I made up years ago when I was thinking of going vegetarian -- and added an extra special ingredient.

      Ohhh, salsa! I should give that a try. I already make a guacamole dips that's to die for, and that doubles as a pasta sauce. :)
