Sneak Peek Saturday: Etsy Items!

Hello, everyone! Welcome to another Saturday at Saturday Sequins!

Things are slowly coming together on my Etsy shop. I have things made and photographed, and I've even worked a little on the descriptions. One thing I have to do, though, is have some pictures taken where I'm wearing the jewelry to give a better idea of scale.

(Which has been difficult... apparently, it's next to impossible for Sarah Sequins to stay still!)

While I work on that aspect, I thought I'd give you, my lovely readers, a sneak peek at what I'll be offering.

Here's my favorite earring style. Tiny aluminum rings with disc sequins.

Here they are in silver....Here they are in red! The red are my absolute favorite.

Here's another style. I made the same chain, only this time I added sequin flowers. Nice and springy!

Here they are in powder blue and white.

Here's another style. Chain maille love knots with tiny paillette sequin dangles.

Here they are in a very, very light lavender.

And in turquoise.

And there you have it! I missed the boat for Valentine's day, because frankly, I'm intimidated at the idea of selling my work, but I'm hoping to have everything up in time for prom season. So if you are a teenager, or you know a teenager, or you're an adult who enjoys sparklies as much as I do, keep an eye on my Etsy site!

Thanks for stopping by, thanks for all your wonderful comments on the latest version of the Mystery Project, and have a sequintastic day!

  1. Fun! Earrings have always been good sellers for me, so it's a great idea to have lots of choices in that category!

    1. Thanks! :)

Oh, that's good to know! It makes sense because earrings are typically less expensive than necklaces and bracelets, but they leave so much room for creativity.

  6. LOVE LOVE LOVE! I can not wait for you to list things on Etsy! To help with scale, I use a tape measure. It stays still and then no one can say "I didn't know how big it was".

    1. Thanks, Melissa!

Also, thanks for the tape measure tip. I have a feeling that a tape measure will be a much better model than me. ;)
